The 22 Rifle Long Range event is a blend of F-class long range shooting mixed with NRA Silhouette targets. We copied a successful high power match from out west and scaled it down to a rimfire event to fit our range.  Steel targets range from 75-240 yards, and are sized such that rifles capable of shooting the end out of a pop can at 100 yards are competitive. Typical guns for this game are CZ and Savage bolt actions. Scopes are required, popular models are Vortex and Hawke. 60 targets at a match, one shot at each target. Shooting position is prone with a bipod. Shooters not able to fire from prone can shoot from a bench.
